If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours with photos and a description. Our team will assist you with an exchange or store credit, as per our Returns & Exchange Policy.

To be eligible for exchange, items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, and returned within 7 days of receiving your order. Once inspected and approved, you may select a replacement or request store credit for future purchases.
